A lot of relationship advice doesn't work because it centers around fixing the other person or externalities. A lot of women feel stuck after trying so many "tools" and techniques on how to make their guys/partners see how they have hurt their feelings.

Not many "experts" (forget vanity coaches "experts") in the world know how to deal with this cycle of toxicity because for the most part they can't see it the way those who have attained mental clarity/inner freedom see it. So they tend to give advice based on their own unconsciousness as well which for the most part focuses on the attempts to fix the other person first instead of understanding one's own blind spot.
