Happy new year!! How have the first 16 days of 2023 been treating
you, lovely? Today I want to talk about the art of detachment and why it's such an important skill to cultivate for any woman to rise up to
Feminine Magnetism mastery.

The EUM came back again yesterday with mixed messages. He 
broke up with me Friday and I was a total Kat girl. I just calmly
said “I understand” when he broke up with me. He went to a family wedding this weekend.
The PK (pre-kat) me would have been 
anxious because we had been looking forward to it for so long. Instead, I listened to the classes and paid attention to my
feelings. Yesterday, he sent me a photo of himself with his niece… it was her wedding. And he said some nice things about his family being super upset about him and his behavior and about him breaking up with me. He said he wimped out and told them it was just a break.
I mirrored him, was honey, etc.
He called me, we had a pleasant chat, he said nothing about getting back together, but acted as if nothing had happened. He sounded so happy to hear from me. I mirrored that and acted
happy to hear from him as well. Then he asked me if he could call me later that night. I said yes, I’d like that.
Today, just now, he texted me
and said “I only sent you photos yesterday. I wasn’t trying to draw you back in.”
Then several minutes later… “However, can I ask about your day?” (he
texted back). Too funny!
Today after Class #3…. I really felt that I was no longer sure I wanted him back or that our relationship (if we would even get back together) truly serves me or is in my best interest. I thought about what I want, and whether he is who I really want or is it just an
illusion?
I’m sitting in those feelings and letting that gel with me for a long while.
I don’t have to make a decision.
I know he’ll come back. They always do.
Knowing me, I’ll be totally over him and won’t want him anymore.

For the ladies who need
closure and haven’t spoken to their EUMs to get it, I did this and it works so well:
I wrote my EUM’s name on a square of toilet paper. I had my own private ceremony in the bathroom, thanking God for our good times and the lessons our relationship taught me, and the things he taught me I don’t want. I put the
toilet paper square in the commode and watched the ink run/dissolve in the water, and then I flushed it. I felt a sense of release.
The next day, my first thought was of him in the sewer, where the relationship belonged. Gone.

"And just as I knew…. he did come back.
By the time he did I was at Class #5 of Journey Inward. I didn’t care if he stayed or went and was tired of
his brooding. He sent me a text that said... “I am going to wean myself from texting you 
”
Obviously he was having trouble pulling away from me and that led to a phone call in which... I didn’t even have to ask him that. He just told me…. he said his 3 animals follow him and let him lead, but I don’t and that frustrates him.
I realized he had not yet trusted my shift and was taking baby steps back into the relationship because he doesn’t trust I’ll let him lead.
He’s a definite Alpha Male — his job is a badass job that requires all the toughness of a man and he has zero time to take a back seat to anyone. I’ve decided I do want him, but only if I’m happy in this and I’ll stay as long as I’m happy and will leave when I’m not.

Here's the timeline of how fast my methods work. Alissa found me and got
my ebook with coaching on July 18. She got him back 10 days after they first broke up and she practiced what
