Surrendering to the process is at the core of my teachings because through the process you allow yourself to experience the full range of emotions of any situation and at the end of the day your feelings -not your mind- are your compass.

If you are trained in skillful processing that includes first hand experiencing, observing, reasoning and checking in with your feelings you will be in touch with your intuition which is basically connecting to the heart really means.

A lot of people refer to the heart without really knowing the difference between following the heart vis a vis impulsive thinking that results in impulsive feelings that cause them to over react or act in a way that is not benefiting themselves.

For example, being the Chosen One who is 1 of the 2 witnesses of Christ second coming I will need to act on Divine Timing which means doing the right things at the right time.  You can't premeditate on this because you don't know what to expect as nobody has ever assumed this role in quite the same context we're facing right now post plandemic et al.

So I rely completely on my feelings and my intuition...or my heart, instead of my ego mind.  Because it's not premeditated every action is immediate and spontaneous as the necessity arises naturally moment to moment based on feelings.  And I have to go through every bit of emotion to know why I am being put in this tribulation or the lesson of every experience so I can respond properly on every situation needs addressing the most aligned and proportionate way.

To be able to do it one has to be able to bypass the mind which means the state of no mind needs to be one's default mode.  When your mind is quiet and spacious most of the time you will totally get what connecting to the heart really means.

Now my role and experience is unique, needless to say but the principles are the same for everyone going through something they're not sure about other than taking it one day at a time.

The saying taking it one day at a time is really the most reasonable approach to life because that's how you live in the world with full awareness.  If, for instance, you're going through separation from your partner that my client Emmy who is now in the fan subscriptions is going through you really aren't sure about a lot of things because your feelings will be so conflicted and unstable more often than not so you can't skip the process of going through every emotion (sign up so you can also learn through her process especially if you're going through the same struggle).
