Hi Kat,

Journey Inward is fantastic! I just finished Class #3. I love it!

He never called.

Today, just now, he texted me and said “I only sent you photos yesterday. I wasn’t trying to draw you back in.”

I replied, “Ok”

Then several minutes later… “However, can I ask about your day?” (he texted back). Too funny!

Today after Class #3…. I really felt that I was no longer sure I wanted him back or that our relationship (if we would even get back together) truly serves me or is in my best interest. I thought about what I want, and whether he is who I really want or is it just an illusion?

I’m sitting in those feelings and letting that gel with me for a long while.

I don’t have to make a decision.

I know he’ll come back. They always do.

Knowing me, I’ll be totally over him and won’t want him anymore.

I wrote my EUM’s name on a square of toilet paper. I had my own private ceremony in the bathroom, thanking God for our good times and the lessons our relationship taught me, and the things he taught me I don’t want. I put the toilet paper square in the commode and watched the ink run/dissolve in the water, and then I flushed it. I felt a sense of release.

The next day, my first thought was of him in the sewer, where the relationship belonged. Gone.

A week later....

"And just as I knew…. he did come back.
