Wei-wu-wei literally translates as actionless actions or actions without striving or effortless effort. It's a Tao principle that basically denotes a stress and resistance-free existence.
When you live life with a sense of curiosity instead of with a certain idea how it should be, you let go of the very source of mental anguish, and thus suffering. You become a true explorer. You are pliant and flexible and you adjust readily to life challenges. Even when hardship strikes your balanced response will induce
self-rectification of the situation and won't exacerbate it.
Then you allow things -great things- to unfold organically because you don't create barriers with your resistance and struggle. You have no attachment on how things should be which means you are one with what is. You are one with the rhythm and flow of life. You are the awareness itself. You are the Kosmos itself and you move in the same direction as it
does.
That is what non separation truly means. You are one with the universe.
