What a fine morning it is here at the castle! I just woke up and now I'm sitting in bed with of course my baby Freckles Olivia napping by my side after she ventured out to take care of her morning business (she's just so awesomely loyal and...lazy, ha!).

 

The weather seems to cool off now that we're at the end of the summer.  My dad will come for a visit toward the end of the month and then we will take a 10-day trip to Ireland in October to visit Castle Leslie in which we will have our Spring retreat on April 16-20 before landing in Bali for our November retreat (have you signed up yet, we still have 5 seats).

 

We originally planned it to happen this weekend but we have had so many events this year I made the executive decision that I wanted to see the location first before promoting it further.

 

You can sign up now of course and it's still $700 off.  This retreat will also be our first Coach Retreat for those 11 ladies who have signed up for Follow My Process Coach Certification Program.

Now, , there are 5 most devastating mistakes women make all the time that caused them to land on my website or my FB group (add yourself if you haven't).

 

1. Dating one man at a time or giving up their exclusivity too soon and too early in the process because they condition themselves to believe that multiple dating is a very bad thing to do (you must be a "hoe" or a "skank" to not be loyal with one man -of the first man- you like even though he's not loyal with you either).

 

2. Getting over-invested and too attached right off the bat (and it's usually the direct result of dating one man at a time, so still wondering why it rarely works?).

 

3. Taking a man's words at a face value and cling to them like the last 5 bucks you have in your wallet.  As you're doing it, you're just setting yourself up for a deep heartache.

 

4. Claiming a man before he's claiming you with both actions and words.  This is just, again, a direct result of #1-3 above.  

 

5. Believing in stories in your head and keep replaying the stories that will later compel you to say and do things that create tension, arguments that later turn him off.  Your jealousy, anger, resentment, insecurities are often self-inflicted.  The inability to see that perceptions are very highly conditioned costs you to project your inner struggle to the people around you and in dating and relationship this only leads to devastating effects.
