What are your thoughts on this?

5. Hi Kat, my question is similar to others. I made progress within myself after listening to your Bali videos, in that I’m now trying to be more accepting of my feelings. In the past I’ve tried to be perfect in that I don’t react to anything, but it creates neurosis. I’ve come to accept now if I’m upset or stressed by something it’s ok and to let it be and do whatever is necessary to make myself feel better. If I just fight with myself over the fact I 'shouldn’t be upset’ or ‘don’t want to upset’ it goes no where. My new theory is if I fight it it will persist. Interested to know your thoughts. I get extremely anxious when there is conflict, and get anxious within myself that if I wasn’t upset there wouldn’t be a conflict. I’m trying very hard to not be a perfectionist and except myself as I am with my flaws and anxieties and hopefully the neurosis will dissipate.

Am I on right track in your opinion?
