The lockdown is extremely taxing to our emotional health and a lot of couples can't survive this storm. These are ways to mitigate these unavoidable challenges and hardship and cultivate an even deeper bond with your partner.

Today was the first day I jumped in the pool this year because typically we can only swim in the summer where I live as the water is too cold otherwise. It was almost like a luxury to be able to add a new activity in my days. Pre-lockdown we had things to look forward to. These days not so much.
